I love this office! The staff is very friendly. I was a little late for my appointment and they saw me anyway, when does that ever happen? The Dr talked to me about my problem and we discussed it together and I felt like I was a partner in deciding the best treatment for my condition. I will definitely be going back and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
Maybe it was just my experience but this office was awful. The staff was pleasant but the intern doctor on staff, Dr Chan did not even examine me before deciding for me the "best" possible treatment. I am a patient not a lab experiment and discussing my options for treatment is the very least you could have done. I literally walked out of my appointment and they still had the audacity to bill my insurance. Staff is great. Dr helped me decide how to treat my problem. I left the office with the biggest smile on my face. The flow of the office is great. They are like a big family there. Will definately refer my friends their way. Took a handful of business cards to give out. Great experience!!!!!!!!
Dr Mackey is a very kind doctor. He really takes the time to explain what it is that you have, and all the treatment options available. The staff is wonderful, once you walk into the door, you're greeted with a smile and the MA's are always more than happy to help you in any way they can. I recommend Dr Mackey to all my friends and family.
Dr.Mackey shows that he cares about treating his patients. He will try his best to find a treatment for the problem someone is dealing with so they will get relief. I would reccomend him to anybody.
The office and staff to begin with are so warm and (shocker coming...) nice!! Right when you walk in the office they are greeting you and smiling, plus they have movies which is one heck of a bonus. Then, when you get to the back, the nurses are so kind and nothing if not helpful. Dr. Mackey himself is super patient and nice. He really took time with me to discuss my problems and the possible treatments.
