We were referred by a few friends and finally made it here. Jamie Price treated me and son at separate appointments and she was just wonderful to work with. Jamie explained everything so clearly and thoroughly in a way my 8 year old would understand and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan that she prescribed. My son has a little anxiety with doctors and Jamie was so gentle and patient with both of us. My son absolutely loves her. Refused to see me for my appointment - expected $200 and did not care if my insurance would cover it or not. I discovered they will not submit an insurance claim on your behalf. Staff will not work with your insurance to treat you.
Jamie was unfriendly. Cold and didn't want to respond to anything outside of what the visit was for not even a simple question.
I dont recommend this office. I have called 5 times and one with my insurance so I can get the preauthorize prescription form so my insurance can authorize it, my insurance gave them their fax and still no respond what so ever. This is for my daughter. The front desk person very cold when taking to you and the dr. Prince She was short and didn't give you advise or suggestions just kept repeating i dont work on that field.
