Normally a patient at the Asheville location but my experience At Hendersonville was great. Very little wait time and Dr Dawson and assistant, Shelby were the BEST. Very professional, didn’t rush me and answered all of my questions. Thanks for your care!
I returned to Advanced Dermatolgy for a 90 day follow up. Check-in was immediate, nothing to sign, no forms to complete. I was a few minutes early, but I was called back within minutes. My vitals were taken immediately. And just a few minutes later the PA treating me came in, very efficiently and friendly. Examined me, treated me, and set my next appointment for 2027. This was probably one of the most amazing appointments I've made for a facial long long long time. No exaggeration. My esthetician was Susan Wood where she trimmed and dyed my eyebrows and then a facial that ended with a wonderful massage. I literally floated off of her table. And I can't begin to tell you how amazing my skin feels and looks, after all I am 80 years old, but now my skin feels like I'm 60 again. What amazing work she does! Easy, in and out. Reception and check in was straight forward. No issues. Efficient. Doctor and nurse listened and addressed the issues, sharing his thoughts relative to risk and treatment. Easy to understand. We’ll be back!
