My first visit to Advanced Dermatology and everything went very smoothly. Pre-registered online days before so check in today literally took 2 minutes. And Dr. Surovik was excellent with great bedside manner. . Very thorough skin examination. Was able to remove-freeze a growth and identified a pre-cancerous issue which I was not aware of. She also addressed that as well this visit. A+ visit!
Dr Jeane of Advanced Dermatology was very helpful with a positive approach making me comfortable.
Making the appointment several months ahead and asking for a referral through my primary care provider was easy. However, going through the UHC referral at your end was very problematic. I called in a week before the appt. to make sure you had the referral, so I would be able to confirm the sppt. I was told you did not get it and I needed to check eith my insurance and primary care provider. I did so. Your office was faxed an image of the UHC portal.
