Absolutely a waste of time and staff is definitely rude and condescending. Made a appointment through Zocdoc as it stated that they were in network. I confirmed my appointment through text and went early. They told me that they accept my insurance but I needed to present them with another supplemental insurance. First time I have ever heard of this and I work in healthcare! Completely unprofessional!
