Rude, Nasty Front Desk Girls – The procedures Cara Mia provides are good and expensive. I've spent in excess of $12,000 on procedures. Twelve thousand is more than just pocket change for a lot of us. Even so, Cara Mia's spa-side front desk girls are young, immature, nasty, and unprofessional to their paying clients. Staff at the office – I had few questions about my bill, because i was billed for something i don't even know. The only reason i called in to find out why i was billed. I made a phone call to the office and the so called "manager" Laurie Whitening answered the phone. She was very rude and unprofessional, she did not give me any assistance and i did not receive any answers for any of my questions. After yelling at me she rudely hung up the phone on me. Do not ever go here – My experience here was terrible. I had an appointment scheduled with a doctor at this office. They called me 24 hours before my scheduled appointment and told me the doctor I was supposed to see was sick and they needed to reschedule all her appointments for the next day. They told me they could fit me in the next afternoon. When I arrived, I had to wait for 20 minutes in the waiting room before they led me back to the room. Cannot recommend this provider – I saw Peggy Liao. I read the negative on-line reviews beforehand and I still gave the clinic a chance. I made it very clear during my appt that I had read the reviews and had concerns about the qualifications of the physicians and the complaint about sending the results out to a 2nd provider without first getting my approval and checking with me on the cost I would incur. Keep shopping.. – Keep shopping for a dermatologist if you're offered Dr. Peggy B. Liao, I wish I hadn't wasted my time. I was looking for a medical professional who would give me the sense of actually caring.

Exceptional! – I have always had a positive experience with each visit. Excellent, professional staff and superb treatment. I would recommend them to anyone. I have always had the need for an expert dermatology clinic, having grown up fair-haired and fair-skinned in Florida. These people meet and exceed my needs all the way.

Dr Grekin is MONEY HUNGRY!!! – First off, Kim is NOT a doctor. She's the poor sap who Grekin hired to sell his stuff, because he just NEEDS so much money! The products they sell you can find online, cheaper. He yells at his staff when they aren't pushing his products, I overheard this in the office one day. Go to a real day spa, not a department in a dermatologists office that he uses to make more money. Not worth the money!

BEST DERMATOLOGIST IN THE VALLEY – January 25, 2011 Thank you! After four years and five dermatologists with no solution to problem, I found Bill H. Halmi, M.D. at Arizona Advanced Dermatology. In two weeks my psoriasis was cleared up and under his care, has remained so. He is extremely efficient, always on time and greets you with a smile. He also has a very effecient and pleasant staff. He is the best!!

Billed me for second opinion without consulting me – Dr. Havard was very thorough. She zeroed in on a couple spots and said she wanted to take biopsies to be on the safe side. By the time I had a chance to be scared, they had me laid out of the table and had swiftly taken three samples of me painlessly. But then they sent my biopsy out for a second opinion without consulting me first, and I got charged twice.
