Unprofessional is the best way to describe this company. The way they treat certain individuals is the reason for them never gaining my business or anyone associated with me. Everyone should be treated fairly and with respect and they chose to do the opposite.
My granddaughter had an appointment scheduled for today. When she arrived, she and my daughter were treated with blatant disrespect, as if they were unimportant. The manager failed to address their concerns, displaying indifference. Additionally, the receptionist dismissed my daughter's feelings and openly laughed in both her and my granddaughter's faces, further demonstrating a lack of professionalism.
