Medical staff is great and very knowledgeable. The office staff, manager, area manager, billing department are horribly unresponsive, rude and not customer/client friendly. We have been dealing with a billing problem. We unfortunately paid at time of service instead of waiting for the claim to be processed. They took hundreds of dollars that will ultimately be refunded once they get their billing processes down.
