I have been trying to make an appointment for surgery since April 2025 and no one knows what they’re doing. I get transferred from person to person leave messages everywhere. No one called me back. I just finished calling and I was told that the person who schedules appointments works from home But cannot be contacted by Me in order to make an appointment. Is this ridiculous or what? Awful Awful Awful experience My husband and I went in for a skin screening on the 21st of May 2024 . Here it goes: We show up for our appointment and we then realized that we accidentally brought the wrong insurance card so when we got in there we made sure that the receptionist that we brought the wrong card and that she needed to call the number on the back of the insurance card to verify coverages. We also informed the receptionist that if you go to bcbs web site you WILL NOT FIND US, you need to make the phone call. The ... read more
