Staff friendly. Called in a prescription for me. Offered alternative medication in place of nitrogen oxide for mole removal. I will go back when I need a skin exam.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. They put you at ease. I will definitely have my annual skin check at Advanced Dermatology next year.
The clinical visit went well at first, but when the liquid nitrogen tank broke down, the PA said she would call in a prescription for a cream to be applied daily. When the medication did not arrive, I contacted the pharmacy, only to be told that the order had never been received. Two subsequent attempts to reach the Advanced Dermatology office resulted in frustration: The voice message asked me to leave my name and telephone number, which I did on both occasions. Result: no call-back.
