AWEFUL!! I have been going there once a month now for 5 months. Every single time I have waited no less than 45 minutes in the waiting room. Today's wait was the last straw - I was 10 minutes early for my appointment but all together I waited an hour and ten minutes to be called into an exam room. The exam was fairly quick and Dr. Robins is always sweet but the front staff needs to get their act together! Last time they were also fairly rude about switching my insurance information.
