If I could give zero stars for their customer service, I would. I recently had a small amount due that was not paid for by Medicare. The bill was paid by bill pay through my bank. I kept getting late notices, so I called the number they provided and got Heiddy in customer service. She asked for a payment receipt via email which I did and promised me she would call or email me to let me know she received it. She did not. I just called to schedule a new patient appointment. I spoke to Shannon in the corporate office (Altamonte Springs). It's safe to say that she has a problem with stay at home moms and my current insurance coverage. She let me know that I should really get a job and also gave me some recommendations on a gas station that will be hiring soon. I had surgery performed by Dr. Jing Gill on June 21st of this year. I was told by office admission person, my payment would be expected to be paid in full on day of surgery, due to my deductible not being met with Ambetter. I agreed, the day of my surgery I paid the full amount that I was given. Now their office keeps sending me emails and letters for additional costs that they claim is due.
