Scheduling my appointment was the easy part. I was hoping to see to see Dr Gremillion but I saw he partner instead. First he seemed surprised to see me. He talked a lot. I asked a questions. No exam was ever done or suggested to analyze my scalp. I mentioned some soreness he approached me and touched my head and did not wear gloves. Leaving a 2 star review because they were able to get me scheduled quickly when I needed to see a doctor. However, I was mocked and laughed at by the doctor so severely, I cried for over an hour during and after my appointment for thinking that the rash covering my legs could be anything more than poison ivy. I had told the doctor that this was my second outbreak in 6 weeks and I had been previously medicated with steroids and steroid cream and it didn't respond. Everyone was so nice and caring. I would recommend these people to everyone. Thank you for your kindness.
Dr was very proactive in treating my late wife who discovered she had melanoma that had spread. She got us to the help we needed in Shreveport for surgery and oncologist care. She and the staff were compassionate and caring.
