Everyone was so nice and treated me like I was family
I am incredibly disappointed with how my family was treated by this practice. My daughter had a scheduled dermatology appointment, missed school to attend it, and my mother brought her to the appointment. Both my mother and I are established patients of this practice and of the provider. Despite that, the office refused to see my daughter. Awesome practice. Very friendly.
Arrived for my appointment and was turned away rather abruptly by the front desk person who erroneously insisted my insurance was deactivated. My insurance is and has been active. Mistakes happen, but she was not willing to make any effort to resolve the matter.
I have been a patient of Dr. Gust for many years. Very pleased with his professional services. Staff are friendly & professional. A special thank you to Maria.
