I went to see Doctor Johnston last Dec. His office never sent me a bill until 11 Months later. The bill they did send was wrong and did not credit my copay that was paid at time of visit. The Doctors Billing department in Alabama does not want to help at all, they just says it is going to collections. The lady in Billing thinks she is right even though my insurance company says they are not, and I have proof of paying my copay. AVIOD THIS OFFICE IF YOU DO NOT WANT BILLING HEADACHES!!!

I had a great experience at Dr. Johnston's office. I've been to other doctors and I feel like I'm just being shuffled through. Not the case here. The check in lady was very nice and personable, and I was taken back shortly after checking in. The nurse was also friendly, easy to talk to and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. Soon after talking with the nurse, I was seen by the doctor.
