Horrible, They quote you a price & you give them the amount in full on a CC then 2 weeks later you get a bill for additional money. I fight it and they say don't worry about the bill ,2 weeks later another bill shows up with the original amount plus an additional 50.00 for a No Show on this one. Strange how it was a walk-in but yet a no show fee is added,. Also their invoice does not tell you what services they provided ( how many units of Botox) They are playing games..

Reading some of the other reviewers, had me second guessing my choice to go to this practice. Let me start out with the fact that #1- I was able to set up my appointment for the next day (due to the fact that I had been to the ER and they could do nothing for me) #2- From the minute I arrived I was properly greeted by the receptionist who helped me fill out the registration paperwork(among my other maladies I have stage IV Metastatic Prostate Cancer) and due to medications I'm on I have terrible neuropathy and presently I ca... read more
