Terrible follow up service. No one returns calls.
Beware. Very unprofessional. Even though I called ahead to tell them I was going to be late and told it was okay, I was turned down 10 mins after arrival. I drove over a hour to get to the appointment and spent money on tolls. What a very unprofessional business to treat their customers so poorly!!!
Dr Hicks and her staff are very accommodating, and understanding, and I would recommend her to all of my friends and family.
