I was having really bad breakouts and eczema Flare ups and Ms. Oksana was really helpful and most of the problems that I had with my skin gone!
I was experiencing hair loss. Dr. Oksama addressed my concerns the first visit and created a regimen which allowed me to grow my hair back thicker.
I love our provider but the schedule phone line is a joke. They called to tell me my appointment was cancelled and I never cancelled it. Please get a better team!!!
I just sat in the lobby for 48 minutes.. Being on time to an appointment is important to me, but sitting for almost an hour when there was only two other people in the entire lobby is absolutely ridiculous. They are understaffed, The environment was a bit dirty and smelled weird.. Please hire extra staff if you’re going to accept appointments you need to be able to maintain a timely appointment within 30 minutes of walking in the door.
