Staff needs to be trained on which insurance they take.
The level of immaturity from the receptionist is beyond fathomable! Constantly sighing like it’s the worst thing ever to answer questions and reschedule… DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE! Go elsewhere where you feel like a human!

After rescheduling my appointment once already because a provider would not take my insurance, Advanced dermatology called me an hour before my appointment (after I took a half day off of work ) and told me the new provider I would be seeing today also doesn’t take my insurance even though I was assured a month earlier that they would. Extremely disappointed with this practice and I would not recommend them to anyone looking to actually see a doctor in a timely manner
Great doctors. Decided to get a full body check as I had never had one. Found a Basil Cell Carcinoma. Had it removed in a single go. Most Excellent. Follow up was great. Made me feel like everyone cares and goes out of their way to make you comfortable. Highly Recommended.
