This place is a joke. They treat patients as if they’re cattle coming through. Even the NP that I saw seemed unconfident and suggested that I go somewhere else.
"BEWARE"! Advanced Dermatology. (AKA...CASH Cow). This group is a franchise and you will get endless e-mails and phone calls from a "call center" bugging you to schedule yourself and appointment. (March 28 2025) I had to go back a week later because of a skin tag that the P.A. Christopher Bass froze and didn't fall off was still hurting. My husband had an appt several weeks ago. Biopsies were taken, and we learned he had a basal cell carcinoma that would need to be removed. “They” said they would call back to schedule but never did. We’ve called and left messages to no avail. My husband just spoke to someone who said they would help, but we’ve heard nothing. They forwarded him to a number, but just as he was going to leave another message, someone picked up the phone and then hung up on him. Talk about unprofessional.
