I was seen for five appointments at this location (Indian Land) over three years. For my last (and final) appointment, I was informed upon arrival that the provider I had been scheduled to see called out, so I would be seen by a different provider. HORRIBLE experience. Believe the reviews
I went here with some skin issues where my skin (and fascia) is sticking to my muscles in various places all over my body and causing me pain and causing painful bumps to come up in the area the skin is stuck. I seen Anne Sexton and she was very rude and not compassionate whatsoever. I told her about my issues and she didn’t even want to look at my skin. I told her the only way I could get some relief was to massage the areas that were in pain and she said and I quote “ yeah the skin doesn’t like to be touched” and then wrot... read more
EDITED 7/2026: I did not think things could get worse. THEY DID! The day described below has caused me nothing but trouble. The clinic transposed two numbers in my insurance ID and billed through the wrong patient, but the billing department was disrespectful and rude through each of my (5 so far) phone conversations. My own insurance company did a deep dive to figure out why they did not receive the claim (Advance Derm insisted they did) and discovered the error.
