Dr. Perez has been my go-to for years. She is always incredibly accommodating and helpful. I have come to her for various services, and I always leave feeling very well taken care of. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends.
So happy I found Dr. Perez. She was extremely professional while also being incredibly personable. I was able to get an appointment on short notice, before I left for vacation. The receptionist was very helpful in getting everything set up smoothly. Not to mention, Dr. Perez was very thorough in explaining the steps of the minor procedure I ended up getting which made me feel at ease. It was also quick and basically painless. Thank you Dr. Perez!
I also had a very bad experience. Dr. Perez did a laser treatment that left me looking deformed for a month. My face swelled so bad and my brown spots remain and I have more now!! So upsetting!!
Fair warning - it is very easy to get an appointment here because they have so few patients - and now I know why. Dr Perez and her office are the most unprofessional, uncaring, and rude practice I have ever had the misfortune to visit. From a botched procedure to incorrect billing, the experience was a disaster. Gave 1 star because 0 is not possible. Stay away!!
