The first person I met was Kristy Duft. She was extremely helpful and one of the nicest people I have met in years. She went out of her way to try to help me with everything I needed. Dr Ohmes was also very helpful and professional, not to mention nice. Rochelle was major help on any questions I had. Everyone was very nice, very professional, and very helpful. I seriously can't think of anything you could improve. I have recommended you to a few of my friends already and will continue to do so.
I'd like to see more consistent billing but everything else has been fine.

Please let us know what problems have occurred with your billing. We are doing more of the billing by hand now rather than relying on the computer software. We think this will help with consistency and clarification.
