The female dentist is very unpleasant and rude. She never addressed me directly and only spoke about things she observed to her medical assistants, which is extremely confusing and unsettling in a dentist. When I addressed this, she was rude and dismissive. Since then, she has refused to service me and now says the office is booked for the next year for the follow up services I need. They are scammers. From the front desk to the dentist. Everyone had attitudes. The medial assistance didn’t know how to properly take X-rays and my gums were bleeding. The dentist came in, didn’t introduce herself. She was talking to me while her back was to me. The dentist was abrupt when I asked about other solutions because of insurance she cut me off before I could finish asking. My experience with Advanced Dentistry was pretty terrible from start to finish. The week before my appointment, they called me four separate times to confirm and ask questions about my appointment, including the last time asking rather insistently for me to come earlier (at 9A instead of 9:30A). When I said I can't, my childcare doesn't start until 9AM, the receptionist's response was, "Alright so can you hurry and get here by 9:10?" Huh? At the office things were worse. I had a cleaning and cavity treatment and it went well. No pain or complaints.
The dentist was professional and very patient with me, I have anxiety from dentist because of a past experience, she knew how to manage and she was so understanding, if you’re having fear or anxiety from dentist I highly recommend her for you, because absolutely the procedure is 100% painless and smooth & quick, thank you doctor !
