I had my first visit for a sensitive tooth with Dr. Boyd and was very satisfied with his professionalism in handling my situation, questions and anxiety. I was also very appreciative of the staff from Linda, Christine and Toni in making my initial visit as comfortable and courteous as possible to help me reduce stress and anxiety.
The best practice in all of Fort Worth! The staff is like no other and treats us all like family! I couldn't imagine going anywhere but here!! I wish I could give this place 1 million stars!!!
Starting with a new Dentist can be unsettling, but not when I met Dr. John Boyd and his Staff! The moment you walk in you know you are welcome here, and will be treated like "family". The dental procedure was at times tedious. But here you were taken care of, with patience and understanding! Do yourself a favor and go to West 7th Smiles! Thanks to Dr. Boyd, Toni, Linda, Christine, and Jan for making me a part of your family!
I love this place. Everyone here at the office is truly & genuinely kind. They take the time to know their patients. Probably the best customer service I’ve experienced!
It is easy to recommend Dr. Boyd and his excellent hygienist Jan! Being a retired hygienist myself, it was a pleasure to find such a wonderful dental office to feel at home in. After many years as an employee in dentistry, both as a hygienist and front desk coordinator, I feel so special here. I am a Ft Worth Physician that was referred to Dr Boyd by my Endodontist Dr Shelby Nelson. I met her after a less than happy event regarding a procedure elsewhere. She started me on a 4 year journey that included Orthodontic treatment by Dr John Kelley who is a superb Dental specialist. I was told I was too old to have braces by another dentist but he did not agree. Next I needed a Maxilo-Mandibular Major Surgery to totally align my jaw with my upper teeth.
