This is Keith's mother. I am also an Advance Dental patient. I appreciate Denise working Keith in for his routine cleaning. My first attempt at rearranging his appointment was not taken well nor received but when I talked to Denise and explained distance from home, my work schedule, and Keith's band and school schedule she was very willing to help as much as she could. I am a patient and I always have a great experience!; which is surprising for a dentist's office. I have and would recommend Advanced Dental to my friends, relatives,and acquaintances.
As soon as I opened the front door, I immediately felt a calming come over me. The ladies up front are very welcoming. Then when they take you to the back there is music softly playing, bottle water available for you; along with a neck massage to relaxe you while you wait! All the staff is super sweet and Dr. Griffin has the best way of making you calm. explaining everything; showing you samples of what he can do. My hygenist was Kay Skinner. I called and asked for an appointment with her only. She is the only one I want to clean my teeth. She is great!
These guys and gals at advance dental center are an awesome staff. From the moment I checked in at the front desk until I checked out after my procedure they were nothing but super nice and courteous to me. They took very well care of me and eased all my fears I have of going to the dentist. And my dentist assistant mrs Shannon is about the nicest most sweetest nurse anyone could ask for. Everyone should take cues from her when it comes to treating patients and absolving their fears! Overall this was an awesome experience!!
