Was the Dentist able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Mostly Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use? Absolutely Does this Dentist have a good reminder system about cleaning, check-ups or follow-up appointments? Great Does this provider return your phone calls? Yes Was this provider helpful about using your insurance coverage? Absolutely yes

Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need?
