This dentist is listed as being in-network on my insurance, yet they told me there was an issue and I had to call my insurance to fax over my benefits. I called my insurance and they had never heard of any such thing and said they have NEVER sent faxes with benefits to any provider. The office staff at Advanced Dental Care couldn’t be bothered to be any sort of helpful in getting this straightened out and sounded like she couldn’t wait to get off the phone with me. Absolutely cannot recommend this dentist.

This dental office is the worst. I went there in May of 2019. I was told I needed a special cleaning for gingivitis. They said my insurance did not cover it. I called my insurance and they advised they do cover it. They spoke with my insurance after I called them to complain and supposedly had it straightened out. I had the service completed as well as follow up services. Now over a year later Iget a bill for $150. I called the office and was told they would make it a zero balance. RecommendedVery accommodating as I had to walk in due to an abscess which was a broken tooth......or three, but who’s counting. Everyone was very nice and took care of me very quickly.
RecommendedI HIGHLY recommend this location!!!! Seriously, I hated appointments & have the biggest anxiety over visiting the dentist & have for years until I found Dr. Koshy. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful, Doctor Koshy is absolutely phenomenal! Her assistant was JUST as sweet! I can’t tell you enough how important that was!!! RecommendedGreat office and amazing staff!! They took me in same day for emergency service without being an existing patient. They are very professional, courteous, caring and accommodating. I am very pleased and most importantly I am now pain free!
I need to see my dentist. I called to make an appointment. $260.00 to walk in the door out of my pocket During this time you would think they would be more accommodating. Hey Advanced Dental Care. You just lost a patient!! Your $260 is price gouging!! Shame on you!! No one is working the country is in turmoil and you are taking advantage of a bad situation.

RecommendedI had a pretty hefty treatment plan but Dr.Patel and the rest of the team took great care of me. I typically have anxiety going to the dentist but they are so kind and gentle and makes going to dentist not so bad. They were able to get me in and out without any issues. If you live in the Citrus Park area I would highly recommend them!
