More than a positive experience; from cleaning my teeth; which was excellent, to leaving the office. Professional, and friendly, the whole visit. Today is January 9, 2023, and this is a new visit. I went in specifically because I had a broken retainer that I need to wear everyday because it has fake teeth in it. In spite of returning for 2 more visits, I'm still here with a broken retainer in my mouth.
The dental care itself has been good, and I truly appreciate the quality of service from the dentists and hygienists. However, I’ve experienced repeated issues with the billing process for the second year in a row. During my recent visit, I had confirmed that the hygienist would perform a regular cleaning. However, after the procedure, they mentioned that the system recorded it as “periodontal maintenance,” which caused confusion and led to a higher charge.
