Update : Someone messed up with billing and the insurance claim check was sent to our house instead of the office. No big deal originally. I called and clarified that's what it was for and told them we no longer live in Austin and I work nights and my husband is on a busy project but we would try to get it there. I came in late in the day, the staff sat me down and did a very thorough evaluation and special mention of Cristal who took the time to explain the options of a very difficult decision I had to make. I mean it, this place is awesome. Nice view out big windows so no claustrophobia. My new home. Thank you so much Cristal.
