Back in Sept. 2018 I had a permanent bridge installed. Prior to having this work done I was quoted by the RDV office that it would be $1500 out of pocket and that Metlife would cover the rest. A removable bridge was never suggested to me as an option. A few months passed, and I start getting a monthly bill stating that Metlife is only covering a small portion of the cost and I now owe an additional $950. Terrible office staff! Called for days no one answered the phone! No return calls ever! One tech is extremely rough! Office manager Martha is awful! No calls from her either... Her response was when face to face is I don't get my messages!?!? Asked her for a print out of bill and said oh my printer is down

Buyer beware here. As long time customer my overall experience had been good until my most recent visit. I went in for a routine cleaning and all went well as usual. A week or so later a bill arrives in the mail. I called to question the charges and was told they were for items not usually covered for adults. Insurnce only covers these items for kids and teens. RDV Sportsplex Looking to Ice Skate in Florida? The RDV Sportsplex Ice Den in Maitland is the place to go. They have lessons for all ages. Figure skating and ice hockey. They rent the ice for events as well. Also a thought for birthday parties.

Enjoyed ourselves My child has been to a couple of birthday parties at the sportsplex and I have delt with "membership" for work issues. The parties were fun, all the kids had a great time ice skating. The party room seemed a bit small. Dealing with membership issues can be a bit irratating, I left several phone calls with several different people over days and days with no return call.

Awesome Work out This is an awesome place to work out. It is big enough that you never have to wait for equipment. Also, there is basketball and swimming as well as an area for your kids to enjoy while you work out. Plus, you never know who you are going to see there.
