I have been a patient for several years and appreciate the talent of Dr. Baker and her team. My hygienist (10/1) was outstanding and explained a few options to better clean gums and replace my toothpaste with one less acidic. Consider this team if seeking a new dentist in downtown DC.
I have been going to advanced cosmetic dentistry for over 6 years, while Dr. Baker is outstanding it has become impossible to get anything scheduled due to the front desk staff. I have ended up calling multiple days in a row in the last year with absolutely no answer. Finally when they do answer I have been left on hold for over 10 minutes. Today, when I finally got through after a week of no response, I asked to not get placed on hold, I just needed to quickly schedule a cleaning before I have to head into a meeting.
