It is crazy. I had been going to Ana Cardenas for six months. Everything was fine, untill last appointment, I came in half hour early got called back and waited another hour. I politely told receptionist I couldn't stay any longer due to work. I even declined on my copay refund and said I'll just reschedule. Well I go to reschedule later that week receptionist said she will not see me anymore. And in mid treatment, I could not believe it, completely unprofessional.
I went in to have a couple moles removed that I thought were questionable. The PA didn't even want to remove them because she thought they looked fine, but after a lot of 'I don't like the way this looks and it came out of nowhere' from me, she finally did it. Cut to my return visit for the results and wouldn't you know it, they were abnormal cells!!! So, if I didn't force you to remove them, I would have gotten skin cancer? *le sigh*
I feel the doctors and practitioners are very qualified. My appt was at 9:00 and didn't get seen until 10:15. The reception staff were not friendly, they all seemed mad.
