Being a teacher is one thing. Being a teacher without my laptop is another. My battery had popped inside of the unit and I called Greg to help clean the unit and replace the battery. Thankfully he was able to do so (and made sure my data was saved). Very knowledgeable and quick service. We had used Greg previous to this issue for another unit of ours (different issues) and we were very pleased as well. I highly recommend Advanced Computer Concepts.

Greg was able to retrieve all my information when my laptop was infected by malware/virus. My old laptop was no longer usable so he guided me to my next laptop,then downloaded windows and all my old files on the new one.
