Excellent service. All you could want out of a computer store. Multiple services offered. Signed up for their remote monitoring and dont have to worry about virus issues and taking care of the computer. They take care it for me.
I bought a laptop that didnt work it kept shutting off. I took it back twice then finally swapped it for another one that dont work only to find out it has a software virus, which I know was on the computer when I swapped it. Now the man says it costs $130 in order to clean the laptop because ibonly paid $145 for it... smh, shameful..good luck with that business
I contacted Advanced Computer & Data Communication on Monday Sept. 3, 2012 to fix my HP Slimline computer. After speaking with Steve and realizing how much knowledge he has about computers, I had him fix my broken down computer and build me a top of the line graphics computer. they had my laptop in and out in less than 48 hours when i got quotes from other places saying it would take a week and it also cost a good deal less. go here if you have a problem!

Just had my 2nd visit here. Not far from me in Ashtabula, OH considering the service I get. First problem was registry errors - they fixed it for 1/2 the price that Geek Squad quoted me. 2nd visit a few days ago was for my son's Xbox 360, where it stopped reading discs - and they fixed that too! Local guys who know what they're doing and will give you an honest deal.
I took my desktop in because I had issues with the computer running slow and some programs not running nearly at all. Glad I took it here, because they were able to catch a hard drive that was almost gone, and were able to recover all my information for work and my digital pictures. I was glad they had parts in the shop, so I didn't have to run all over town (I'm in Youngstown, OH) trying to go get some additional things that I don't have much knowledge about. Had a big issue with my laptop and ACD fixed it fast - they were very friendly, good prices, and didn't make me feel foolish for not knowing how to describe my issue. The guy said they also can fix my iPhone, which will be my next call!
