The care my patient has received from amal and her team was truly outstanding. They were kind, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. From the first visit, they made me and my patient feel comfortable and reassured during a difficult time. Their dedication to proper healing and patient education was obvious, and I’m very grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing wound care treatment.
Our experience with ACH has been amazing , before there service was available we were visiting a clinic on a monthly basis to treat wounds on my mothers leg that were caused by hip replacement surgery. The treatment at these clinics was not producing any improvement in her wounds and we were very concerned she might loose her leg . ACH is the reason my mother is still with us. The care that they provide is unmatched to most services available for in home care. ACH allows the home health nurse to provide services to the patient they are treating and work together as a team, which includes input from family members as well as staff. ACH takes the worry out of what’s next for my mother. Great company. I’ve worked with them for over a year with multiple clients. Staff is flexible and knowledgeable. Available to answer questions and assist when needed but also listen to concerns and make adjustments. They come out once weekly and are able to do cultures, etc. Communication is key and they are in constant communication, making sure to fax orders every week.
After more than two years of visits to the wound clinic without progress, ACH’s exceptional care — led by Patti — finally made it possible for his sacral wounds to fully close. I am deeply grateful for the difference she has made in his life. Thank you again Patti for all understanding
