I went in for a pre screening blood draw. Was given a card that was supposed to be activated with my initial 100$ payment, and told it would be loaded and activated in 15-20 minutes The card still hasn't been loaded or activated 24hrs later. I've also called the number I was given by Carson Espinoza to use for ANY issues. I've called it at least 25 times and left at least 6 messages with no response.
