I went in for a pre screening blood draw. Was given a card that was supposed to be activated with my initial 100$ payment, and told it would be loaded and activated in 15-20 minutes The card still hasn't been loaded or activated 24hrs later. I've also called the number I was given by Carson Espinoza to use for ANY issues. I've called it at least 25 times and left at least 6 messages with no response. I have had the worst experience here and still haven't gotten paid for the times I was there. It takes me almost an hour to drive here. The first appointment they cancelled, the second appointment they forgot to tell me to fast for, and the third was ok except that they said I had some sort of opiate in my system so they wouldn't take me for the trial. I immediately went to Walmart on the way home and picked up a drug test, which came back clean! They just didn't want me for their test I guess. Highly unethical!!! My doctor ... read more
