Yes, I no longer need pain medication and I feel better than I've ever felt Was this provider thorough in discussing the risks and benefits of your treatment options? Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Sometimes Dr Bui is available, sometimes in surgery on given days. Appointments are not difficult to get. He is very qualified and knowledgeable, but the office staff organisation leaves a little to be desired. I was told a certain test was only $XX. Then when I clarified on the phone about how much to send, I was told, yes, that was for the test. But, to read the test, add $XX, office exam $XX, and another charge, added to the cost of "only".
