Several months ago I herniated a disc in my back lifting something ridiculously to heavy for me. I visited several doctors, the emergency room, put on crazy pain killers with only major surgery as an answer and I was left to exist with extreme back pain, nerve pain down my leg and cramping in all the muscles of my legs from the nerve compression in my spine. Dr. Lahood is phenomenal! After 10 plus years of fighting back pain I am finally able to get back to running and lifting multiple times a week. His positivity and insightfulness, make his office super comfortable. A doctor that listens and makes slight changes in your personalized program is difficult to find. I still go in for "maintenance" visits and flare ups but he's is always there to accommodate.
