Ken inspected as well as cleaned our chimney and did a great job. He was informative and answered all our questions. He also made recommendations of things for us to do in the future without trying to up sell us. Would highly recommend Advanced Chimney Sweeps!
After calling several chimney companies, I was surprised at the range of quotes. We went with Advanced Chimney Sweeps and I am so pleased with the service. Caleb was very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me the couple issues he found. We have 4 fireplaces and 3 chimneys with only 1 being wood burning. He showed me what he saw, took pictures and gave me options to repair the one chimney that does have issues. Integrity, honesty.... I’m so impressed with this company! We had a different company quote us $800+ in “urgent repairs”.... of course we got a second opinion and after talking with Jennifer, the rep I spoke with on the phone, I had a much better feeling that this company was going to work out better so I made the appointment. She was kind, responsive, and helpful. Caleb came to my house and was super nice in explaining everything he was doing, this is my first time getting the chimney swept and I am very pleased with the work performed by Advanced Chimney Sweeps.
The folks at this company are top notch! Their customer service is wonderful and they are fully communicative at every step. I was remiss at getting her name, but the lady at their office addressed every concern I had within minutes and was very pleasant. There was a minor hiccup, in that there was initial miscommunication about an appointment. They bent over backwards to make it right and take care of me from that point on. Caleb arrived promptly at the scheduled time and quickly completed my chimney inspection/cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. He suggested a repair to a chimney issue I knew I had to address, but at a lower cost than i was anticipating. This company provided me with top tier service at a price significantly lower than some of their competition.
Excellent customer service & pricing! Have been using them for years. Caleb is the best!
