I absolutely hate this place. While the therapist are sweet and very helpful specially Emily, the receptionist makes you hate the place and want to punch them in the face. They lack customer service. If you call to cancel an appointment and you get the Cuban receptionist good luck. She’s extremely unprofessional and loves to argue. She gets paid to argue and make you feel like crap.
