From the instant I called the Advanced Care Veterinary Hospital, I was consoled and relieved by Maddie's empathy as she scheduled my appointment. When I arrived on Friday evening, I was taken into an exam room right away, and the tech, Sarah, very sweetly greeted my ailing kitty. After taking a history and then sharing it, I met Dr. Maret.
