Thank you to ABR for everything so far on my wellness journey 🙏 This really is a life altering treatment. I have muscle definition, lymphatic drainage and recovery sessions twice a week. I have so much energy now, I stand tall with perfect posture, my skin is clear from the blood circulation/lymphatic drainage, my muscle definition is improving rapidly and the tendonitus in my right ankle is completely gone after recovery treatment on it. I couldn’t recommend ABR any higher…try it out and you will be hooked!!!! 💥💪💪🤟

This therapy has been absolutely life changing. I suffered back pain after a sports injury, and absolutely nothing I tried was able to take away the constant pain. Until ABR! I stand taller, feel stronger, leaner, more toned, but most importantly - I have no more pain! I can move more freely, bend, twist, lift and run again. Thank you!

Doing 2x 20 mins recovery and Lymphatic drainage treatments was the catalyst that got me back to running after 3 years with chronic underperformance/overtraining syndrome. Helped clear out the metabolic waste that had built up in my legs causing bad inflammatory responses. It's also helped regain the strength in my posterior chain lost during 3 years of zero training. Can't recommend enough. Thanks Pauline, Claryssa and team.

I was having trouble preparing my muscles for a marathon with regular training and with this program I have increased my muscle density and strength. My running has become stronger and faster and my endurance has benefitted so much! I also find it so much easier to do squats and other forms weight training. I have now completed my first ever marathon at the Great Ocean Road and I am so thankful for this treatment. ABR encouraged me through physically and mentally to achieve my goal!
