Dr. McDonough is a kind, caring and thorough. The staff are also very kind.
Tried to make an appointment for my teenager and was told - first available was over a month out and they couldn't help me any sooner. I find waiting to see a troubled teen that far out as absurd. I asked for recommendations to other local counsellors and was told they couldn't help there either. I only spoke to reception but each time I called to try and work something out - I was feeling as if I was a bother. I wouldn't want to subject my teenager to that treatment if it is shared throughout the organization. Sad.... We we... read more
