Weeks between responses, and generally ZERO replies at all unless I send several emails and online requests and phone calls. Calls go unanswered and no call backs. Now, because of the issue, my child is in critical state due to lapse in medication and suicidal state. When they do respond and actually follow thru with an order, every single time, they send the wrong information and it takes hours and days to get it worked out. This place is harmful!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE.
So thankful for Meryl! I have been going here a year, and truly I have never been more thankful for her guidance, support, and care.
I adore Meryl and Shawn! I always feel welcomed when im greeting and checked in, and Meryl is so kind. She has already helped me so much with diagnoses and medications. I’ll be getting my 10 year old in with her too! Highly recommend! 🫶🏼
