I adore Meryl and Shawn! I always feel welcomed when im greeting and checked in, and Meryl is so kind. She has already helped me so much with diagnoses and medications. I’ll be getting my 10 year old in with her too! Highly recommend! 🫶🏼

I would give 0 stars if I could. I waited a minimum of 20-40+ minutes for every appointment, even virtual ones that took less than 10-15 minutes. I began seeing Meryl for post partum depression who forgot every time I saw her why I was seeing her. All she did was prescribe a child’s dose mood stabilizer but recommended a specific post partum drug that she said most insurances wouldn’t cover so therefore did not even bother to pursue. Advanced Behavioral Care seems to operate as though they don’t truly serve mental health patients. If you have any issue with your phone—whether it’s turned off or broken—it becomes nearly impossible to communicate, and there’s little to no flexibility or understanding. There are no second or third chances. Facilities like this are supposed to help people manage their mental health and maintain stability. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
