He walked me through the process, made the repairs at a convenient time in my schedule and the car looks amazing! Smooth process with the insurance company too! I've had multiple cars repaired here. They do amazing work and have great customer service.
I've had my 2000 S4 for 10 years and along the way it's had some mishaps. A cracked bumper here and several other instances which had the paint in a spot that it needed a full respray. That car is my baby and it's unnerving to hand such a large undertaking to a shop. The team at Advanced recognized that and even kept me updated with photos of the progress while the work was being completed. The car came out amazing and I couldn't be happier with the quality and service I received. You guys rock, can't thank you enough.
