I hate to give a bad review to a company I have been loyal to and even recommended...but boy, did they earn a bad review. Terrible communication, and no understanding of customer service. After otherwise effectively repairing my Porsche, they were supposed to contact me once they found a replacement racing stripe so they could complete the job. Great customer service!! Came back almost 2 years after they fixed my door, thinking maybe they didn’t seal it properly cause I had water in the door. Turns out, both passenger doors had water.. debris clogging water from draining properly.. completely unrelated to their work, the man that helped me showed me how to pull plug to drain. Excellent customer service even after it had been so long. Very friendly staff and very helpful to me today!! Definitely will be back in for future body work.
