Responding to the HOA: One meeting after several year? For everyone that gets to read this please trust me everything written is true. Terrible company. Believe the 1 star reviews. Environment unkept. Lawn care and trees trimming hardly carried out. Sprinkler not working for years. Nothing done. Landscape not done. Contractors not paid. HOA fee increased but hardly doing anything. Poor communication. Keep complaining about trash cans when there is nowhere else to place them. All residents place them outside by the garage.

Amazing
This is the worst, most inept company I have ever dealt with! I tolerated their lies, inaction, and nastiness for years since they "managed" my H.O.A. Imagine how thrilled I was to find out two weeks ago that they have been replaced.....best possible news! Please believe all the negative reviews as they earned every one of them!
