Amazing
This is the worst, most inept company I have ever dealt with! I tolerated their lies, inaction, and nastiness for years since they "managed" my H.O.A. Imagine how thrilled I was to find out two weeks ago that they have been replaced.....best possible news! Please believe all the negative reviews as they earned every one of them! Terrible company. Believe the 1 star reviews. Environment unkept. Lawn care and trees trimming hardly carried out. Sprinkler not working for years. Nothing done. Landscape not done. Contractors not paid. HOA fee increased but hardly doing anything. Poor communication. Keep complaining about trash cans when there is nowhere else to place them. All residents place them outside by the garage.
I have known Michele for many years. She is an extremely ethical and committed community leader and her management team go above and beyond. Would highly recommend.
WORST COMPANY EVER. Communication is terrible and there is never a direct answer. I’ve been waiting nearly a year for a fence repair and there is no clear answer despite the outrageous amount of money us homeowners pay each quarter. Chloe specifically does not take any accountability for anything. There is ALWAYS an excuse for everything.
