Advance Asset Management is Just outstanding! Prompt, professional, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, up-to-date on the market, a true bias for action, while they minimize bureaucracy. Dyan Loya is seriously the best property manager I have ever known. She is professional, prompt to return calls, and she truly cares about everyone involved in the process. I cannot say enough positive things about her- do not hesitate if you have the opportunity to work with her!
We have been renting with them for almost 3 years. We have not had many concerns with our rental. But when needed, I can use their online portal. It super easy. They have very quick turn around. Sometimes within a few hours I get a call. Ryan, the maintenance guy is super professional and I feel safe letting him enter our home. If needed, they call a lisenced professional. Advanced Asset has been managing a home for us. We recently decided to sell. When the tenants moved out, there was plenty of damage. Dyan, with this company, refused to enforce the contract. The home was supposed to be clean, lawn was supposed to be cared for, an air filter was supposed to be replaced, and damages (gouged, ruin floor, a cracked microwave, mold) were supposed to be fixed.
