DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! He has killed my refi but taking the sign off of the engineer on what I have done and now wants another one about 3 outbuildings that are not used. During his appraissal he spent more time talking than working.

Unfortunately because of laws I was not able to choose my appraiser, it’s now a lottery system for you and your mortgage company. However I would not recommend this company to anyone else. I experienced all that the previous reviewers did and more. He lowballed my home, inaccuracies in his appraisal and talked incessantly about everything except my home. He showed up 15 minutes earlier than scheduled at 7:15 and normally I would not object but I am a caretaker for my disabled brother so it was a problem. He obviously disrega... read more
